As an agent with Sudler Sothebys I know going back to the basics has been hard to do but it has started to pay off with more and more clients contacting me from doing Brokers Opens and Open Houses. In the market for me this week in Chicago Real Estate I have had two new buying clients added to my list and a closing set in place for this next week coming. Open house is planned for my listing at 4318 N Albany multi-family on Sunday September 13th from 1:00pm to 3:00pm. Please bring your clients whom are looking for a great investment property. I also have a wonderful single family brick bungalow at 2424 W Grace in the Bell School District, which is great for expanding a family. Holiday Weekend in Chicago Real Estate

Having a great Holiday weekend in Chicago with my family! Working with buyers and going out to show them homes today. I am being featured in the real estate section this weekend in the Chicago Tribune with Sudler Sotheby's International Realty. Also, have a featured listing in the BlockShopper. All is going great and I am setting up my closing for next week with my clients at 4546 N Albany. We have been very lucky and God is watching over me in these tough times.
